What Is Coaching?

It’s simple, coaching is a mirror. It paints a clear picture of where we are, right now. It highlights the areas that are in need of focus to help us get to where we are going.

 Picture the kid who needed training wheels and then the first time they no longer needed them. 

You’re going to fall, scrap a knee, and possibly get scared but you will get to the point of no longer needing those training wheels. Coaching helps you do that, while all along teaching, guiding, encouraging, and challenging you.

Is this considered Mental Health Therapy?

Short answer, No

Long answer, while there are some similarities between Mental Health Therapy and consulting/coaching, they are fundamentally different practices. In the event your consulting believes you may need mental health interventions, they will offer you a referral to a Mental Health Provider in your area.

What if coaching is not for me?

We offer a complimentary 45 minute consultation that you can book prior to any purchase. This consultation is used to allow you to ask questions and get a feel before you embark on your journey.
